Bo Horvat can celebrate his OHL winning goal with a shiny new NHL contract.
The Rodney, Ontario native, drafted 9th overall by the Vancouver Canucks at the 2013 NHL Draft signed his entry level deal on August 6.
Horvat is currently with Team Canada at their World Junior Selection Camp in Lake Placid, NY. He previously represented Canada at the 2012 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament, where he tallied four points in five games, en route to winning a gold medal. win the gold.
The 6’0”, 206-pound forward also won bronze as captain of Team Ontario at the 2012 Under-17 World Hockey Challenge, where he finished with seven points in six games.
